Both Hojari and Sacra Frankincense tears were slowly soaked for 48 hours prior to distillation, a crucial step that allows the resin to soften and open, preparing it for a more complete and aromatic extraction.
The result is a beautifully subtle, sacred hydrosol that carries the gentle water-soluble essence of frankincense, without the harshness of alcohol or the intensity of essential oil.
To use: Spray skin to create a barrier just before adding my Sacred Frank serum. It's absolute buttery magic used together!
